Free Second Opinions
The law offices of A P.L.C. Moore & Kandaras/Bob Moore and Associates will provide you, free of charge, a second opinion regarding the value of your injury claim. In other words, if your injury claim has already been reviewed and evaluated by another law firm and that firm has rendered a preliminary or final opinion regarding its value and you, for peace of mind, wish to receive another assessment of your claim, we will, without cost to you, tell you how we view your claim.
If you should choose to utilize the opportunity for us to provide a free second opinion on your claim we would ask that you provide to us or send to us a copy of the written evaluation prepared by the attorney and/or the printout that attorney has prepared for you of the computer analysis of the claim value. If the attorney has not given you a copy of their analysis of your claim and merely shown it to you, advise us what information has been given you and we will provide you with our second opinion.
Please recall, that the attorneys at A P.L.C. Moore & Kandaras/Bob Moore and Associates, in rendering a second opinion, may not have the same knowledge that the other attorneys may have of your claim. Nonetheless, based upon the information that you do provide us, we do assure you that we will provide you with our best possible second opinion. In the end, you will have the comfort of knowing that the decision you make regarding your claim is made with the reflection and deliberation of another professional.
